TourPods provides narrated audio stories about locations in the United States through our iOS app and this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
New accounts receive a limited number of free story plays. After that, continued listening requires a subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your App Store settings; Apple's terms govern billing, renewal, and refunds.
Stories are AI-generated from researched facts about real places and are provided for entertainment and general interest. While we work hard on accuracy, stories may contain errors or creative interpretation, and should not be relied on as authoritative historical, legal, or safety guidance. If you spot something wrong, we genuinely want to know — email support@tourpods.com.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping or bulk-downloading content, reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing stories, interfering with the service, or using it for anything unlawful. Story audio, text, and artwork are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial listening.
Stories are designed for hands-free listening. Keep your eyes on the road and your surroundings — never interact with the app while driving, and stay aware of where you are when exploring on foot.
You can stop using TourPods and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourPods is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
